Strategy

Following our mission to bring the digital universe to everyone, we deliver products and services through multiple channels, prioritizing operational efficiency and our customers’ experience.

Our business consists of retail – brick-and-mortar (B&M) and digital stores, as well as distribution activities as one of the main buyers of consumer electronic goods directly from manufacturers. Our strategy is based on maintaining the accelerated growth of our retail channels and advancing the synergies between retail and distribution.

B&M RETAIL

We operate brick-and-mortar retail through Samsung and Trocafy branded stores and kiosks.

We are one of Samsung’s biggest partners in the world and represent the brand in Brazil with operations in 125 points of sale. This is the main sales channel for premium branded smartphones, which reinforces the importance of being operated by competent and experienced players.

DIGITAL RETAIL

Products Sale
We are a relevant partner for the big manufacturers. We bring agility, portfolio and robustness, as a 3P, to the major e-commerce platforms. Our operations are based on (i) our MOBCOM brand, as a seller in the country’s main marketplaces; (ii) Strategic Partnerships to provide digital capillarity for important partners, such as the iPhone Forever program, developed in partnership with Apple and Banco Itaú; and (iii) Strategic Partnerships with manufacturers to operate authorized virtual stores, such as Apple and Google.

Refurbished
In line with our business diversification goal, we launched the Trocafy brand in 2022, focusing on the sale of refurbished smartphones. Through a meticulous process of refurbishing devices, carried out by certified and specialized technicians who attests the quality of the components, Trocafy offers high-quality products with guaranteed functionality, providing greater confidence to our customers when purchasing a device. The sales channels encompassing refurbished products include both Digital Retail (in 1P and 3P formats) and B&M Retail (1 POS located in São Paulo, SP). Additionally, we also serve customers through the Distribution channel.

Financial Services
Soudi is Allied’s digital platform for credit and financial solutions. Following a significant expansion into POS terminals of other Samsung partners and telecom carrier stores, the tool is currently available at 349 POS terminals spread across Brazil. Additionally, by the end of 2023, we introduced the Hércules B2B solution to the market, aimed at remote management of mobile billing. In this context, we emphasize our partnership with the retailer C&A, which has been utilizing the tool at its POS terminals to effectively communicate with C&A Pay customers.

Services Sale
Our services are focused on provide the easier solutions for customers who need activation of mobile, broadband and pay TV plans. These services are accessible both online and through our partnered retailers, who employ our system to sell plans in their stores.

 

 

DISTRIBUTION

We are the largest distributor of consumer electronic products in Brazil. As a relevant buyer for several major manufacturers, we have a strong relationship that support us in constant negotiations and partnerships. Our partnerships include, in some cases, unique representation in Brazil.

We are a relevant partner for most retailers and aim value creation to them, especially to retailers that are not directly served by major manufacturers. This group includes (i) small and medium-sized retailers that do not have enough purchase volume to buy directly; (ii) retailers with low credit limit; (iii) need of prompt delivery; (iv) specific and personalized logistical needs; (v) customization need; and (vi) specialized category management need. Some large retailers that operate nation-wide are also our relevant customers, since we have great ability to rapidly supply eventual market imbalances between manufacturers and retailers.

Over the last 12 months, we sold more than 5.8 million products to more than 3,500 customers through our distribution segment.
