Supported by a specialized consulting company, Allied conducted a survey with the aim of mapping demographics and understanding employees’ perception about inclusion at the workplace, which was answered by 75% of the workforce.

Governance comprises groups for each of the four fronts, called the “Allied Groups”, and the DE&I Committee.

The Allied Groups are composed by company employees who identify themselves with that theme or who want to get involved with one of the fronts. They discuss topics and proposals related to their fronts aimed at addressing improvements, positionings and agendas to be resolved and approved by the DE&I committee.

The committee is responsible for approving policies, programs, initiating discussions, contributing to make Allied a better prepared and more inclusive company, respecting each person’s individuality, seeking to reflect our society’s representativeness.
