BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Graduated with honors in electronic engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), and MBA at Harvard Business School. He is currently a Director at Advent do Brasil Consultoria, where he participated in several investments related to the retail, leisure and health sectors, such as Allied, Grupo Big (formerly Walmart Brazil), Fleury, Grupo Cataratas, among others. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cataratas Group and serves on several committees of Grupo Big. He also worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and as an engineer at Kuka Roboters, in Germany.
Was the CEO of the company Locaweb Internet SA from 2013 to 2018 and is currently an advisor to the Company, where he served in different positions since 2008. He is advisor to the company Digipix SA, an e-commerce company of photography, photobooks, photopresents, Lojas Quero- Quero SA, a retail company of electronics, construction material and furniture in the south of Brazil, and Estácio Participações SA, the second largest private higher education organization in Brazil in number of enrolled students. Mr. Flávio Jansen is chairman of the board of directors of International Meal Company S.A., a restaurant operator in 4 countries in shopping malls, highways and airports. Mr. Flávio Jansen is an investor and board member of the company Flyers 24 Horas S.A. – Anúncio e Divulgação, a company that serves retail companies offers on the Internet and on mobile devices, through the Guiato website and mobile application. He is a managing partner of XS Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda and vice president of strategy for the Brazilian Chamber of Electronic Commerce, Chamber E-Net. He was responsible for the start of Submarino.com website, worked at the company as chief technology officer and reached the position of CEO. He was the CEO of Submarino.com during the company’s IPO on Bovespa and during the merger with Americanas.com that resulted in the company B2W. He was an independent director of Fleury S.A, a clinical analysis laboratory, and of CETIP-SA – Mercados Organizados, a publicly traded company for the management of organized markets in securities, bonds, derivatives and other financial instruments. He was a director of the education company Grupo IBMEC Educacional S.A.. Mr. Flávio is graduated in engineering and has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2018.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mr. Radomysler began his career in 1986 as a trainee at Banco Francês e Brasileiro S.A. Between 1987 and 2001, he acted as an insurance broker and, between 2003 to 2011, he was the CEO of Wise S/A (a company merged by Allied S.A). Lastly, between 2011 and 2020, Mr. Radomysler held executive positions and was as one of the Company’s Directors.
Ms. Carla Trematore has worked as an independent auditor at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and EY, from 1996 to 2010, and has been a partner at Hirashima & Associados, where she led accounting and financial consulting services in corporate reorganizations. She has been the chairwoman of the Audit Committee of Caixa Econômica Federal and a member of the Board of Director of BRB – Banco de Brasília. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of BR Partners and of fiscal and audit committees of publicly-held and private companies.
Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1972), he was President of Raiadrogasil S.A. (2011 to 2013) and Drogasil S.A. (1998 to 2011). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of DIMED Distribuidora de Medicamentos S.A. and Pet Center Comércio e Participações S.A., and a member of the Advisory Board of Eurofarma Laboratórios S.A. and Warburg Pincus do Brasil. From 1988 to 1997, he was Executive Director, Operations Director and President of Banco Geral do Comércio S.A. In the period from 1987 to 1988, he worked as Superintendent Director (CEO) of Camargo Correa Metais S.A.

Graduated in engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá and post-graduated from FGV and Northwestern University. He held the positions of President of Lenovo do Brasil, VP of Samsung do Brazil, President of Sony Ericsson do Brazil and Country Manager of Motorola.
Graduated in marketing from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in 1994, Postgraduate in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), Executive MBA from Business School of São Paulo (BSP) and Executive Leader Course at HARVARD Business School. He has 33 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, category management, revenue growth management, and leadership experience in other areas such as logistics, finance, production and project management in multinational companies such as Nestlé Brasil and Switzerland, Nivea Brasil, Sony Ericsson Brasil, Samsung Brasil, Paramount Pictures, DPA Brazil – Fonterra / Nestlé JV.
Ms. Fabiana joined the Company in 2020, as Investor Relations Manager, to lead its IPO process. Graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo, she currently manages the areas of investor relations, projects, new businesses and M&A. Previously, she worked as Investor Relations manager at São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. for 02 (two) years and, between 2010 and 2017, he worked at EB Capital in the M&A department.
Ms. Thalita Basso has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp (State University of Campinas), with an MBA in Finance from FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração). Professional with more than 15 (fifteen) years of experience in the areas of financial planning and analysis, controllership and accounting, her professional career includes consultancies and international companies such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultant, Procter & Gamble, Danone, Philips, joining Allied in 2018.
AUDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Majored in Accounting at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), received a master in Accounting and Actuaries by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a doctorate in Controllership and Accounting by Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He also has an MBA in FInance by IBMEC-SP and in Controllership by USP, specialized in Economics Engineering by Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (UNICAP-PE), besides being an invited professor at Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras (FIPECAFI). Possesses vast experience in executive positions, as well as acting as a council member at the administrative and auditing, risk management, internal control, laundering prevention and fiscal council committees.

Mr. Geyson Bruno Giglio Silva is Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and with an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Between 2000 and 2020, he worked in the legal and compliance areas at Whirlpool, Sky TV, Sony, Google, SAP, Samsung, Apple and Hospital Sírio Libanês. Between 06/01/2020 and 07/14/2023 he served as Corporate Affairs Director (Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risks and Privacy) of the Company (Non-Statutory). He also coordinates the Compliance Course in the Health area at Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa Sírio Libanês and acts as a teacher, coach, mentor and consultant in the compliance, legal, privacy and risk management areas.

In 2015 and 2016, he served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Apple; between 2011 and 2015 he served as Compliance Manager (Latin America) and Senior Compliance Manager (Latin America) at Samsung. In 2020, he started to act as Director of Corporate Affairs for the Company (Non-Statutory).
